Request for Proposal Form

We work on web site projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars. We handle each client with the same care and consideration as if they are our most important client and highest paying client. We value greatly all our client relationships.

Developing a quote for your web project

Each client is different with individual and specific needs as is every web project, be it web site design, custom programming or database development.

What we need from you as we quote each project individually and carefully to protect you our new client and us, is;

  1. As much detail as you can provide.
  2. Specifics as to your web site concept.
  3. A general idea of your web project budget.
  4. Programming needs.
  5. Design color schemes.
  6. Logo ideas you have.
  7. Keywords or phrases for your web site.
  8. Do you have a site now to be upgraded, web url.
  9. What type of host do you prefer, NT or Linux.
  10. Programming languages you would like us to use.

These are some general thoughts on the information we will need to give you an accurate quote for your web project needs.
